30 DAY RETURNS

Returns require the original receipt and must be made within 30 days of purchase.

STOCK MOLDINGS

Moldings must be uncut, unpainted, unstained, unaltered, uninstalled, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

STAIR PARTS

The same condition rules apply. Approved stair-part returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

CUSTOM RUNS

All custom-run moldings are final sale and cannot be returned.

REFUNDS AND ORDER ISSUES

Returns are inspected before refunds are issued to the original form of payment. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us before cutting or installing it.
